Privacy policy
Effective October 14, 2026
This policy explains what the Patacca Services LLC website, pataccaservices.com, collects, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Patacca Services LLC. This site sells nothing and has no user accounts or logins.
Information you give us
When you send the corporate inquiry form on our homepage, we receive:
- your reason for the inquiry;
- your name;
- your organization;
- your work email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to provide it; and
- your message, if you choose to write one.
Please do not include passwords, student information or other sensitive information in the form.
Information collected automatically
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to operate and secure the site.
Form protection. The inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to tell people from automated bots. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Analytics, only with your permission. If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device and browser. Google Analytics is a third-party service that can collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. It does not run unless you accept. Details are under Cookies and analytics below.
How we use information
- to read and reply to your inquiry;
- to forward your inquiry to the operating company it concerns, as described below;
- to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, if you accept analytics;
- to operate the site and protect it against abuse; and
- to comply with the law.
We do not use your information for advertising.
How we share information
Our operating companies. If your inquiry concerns AnchorPoint Education Group or K12 Professional Development Tracker, we forward it to that company so it can respond to you.
Service providers. We use providers that handle information on our behalf: SendGrid delivers form submissions to us by email, Cloudflare protects the form, our hosting provider runs the site, and Google provides analytics if you accept.
Legal reasons and business transfers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our company or others, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The home page, where the inquiry form is, sets a session cookie used only to protect the form against cross-site request forgery. This cookie is essential to the form and is always set on that page.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies and sends usage information to Google, which handles it under Google's own privacy policy. It loads only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies, and if you had accepted before, its cookies are removed. This site uses no advertising cookies.
Your choice is stored in a cookie named pcs_consent for 180 days. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to decline analytics: Google Analytics does not load, and the cookie banner does not ask. Browsers' Do Not Track setting has no agreed standard, so the site does not respond to it separately. Because analytics run only after you accept, the site does not use analytics cookies unless you choose them.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries, including copies forwarded to our operating companies, for up to one year after we receive them, and then delete them. If an inquiry leads to a business relationship, the related correspondence becomes part of that relationship's business records. We keep information longer only when the law requires it.
Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, which is no longer than 14 months. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for its operational and security needs.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and protection of the form against automated abuse. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for adults, such as school and district staff, partners and vendors. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what information we have about you from this site, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at [email protected] or using the other details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will not treat you differently for making one. We may keep information where the law or a contract requires it.
Visitors outside the United States
This site is operated from the United States and is intended for visitors in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
Our operating companies' websites
This site links to the websites of AnchorPoint Education Group (anchorpointeducationgroup.com) and K12 Professional Development Tracker (k12pdtracker.com). Each has its own privacy policy and terms, which govern any information you provide on those sites. This policy does not apply to them.
Client billing portal
Clients are billed through our Zoho Books client portal (books.zoho.com/portal/pataccaservicesllc). Information handled in the portal is governed by the client's agreement with us and by Zoho's terms, not by this policy.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and the change applies from that date. We will not use information we collected under an earlier version in a materially different way without your consent. Our Terms of Use also apply to your use of this site.
